- Orders over £60: free shipping
- Orders under £60: flat rate of £4.99
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, occasional delays can happen due to courier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at nowaterclubflowers@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns policy — we'll cover the cost of resolving this at no charge to you. If your parcel appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
